The mission of Iota Omega Alumni Chapter. Is to up hold the founding principles of Iota Phi Theta Fraternity INC. Those principles being Scholarship, Leadership, Citizenship, Fidelity, and brotherhood. Also to service the Charlotte, NC metro area, and the people within its community.
